Scary Mask

This one turned out a little scary looking- I hadent used Alchemy in a long time so I was playing with it and came up with the top sketch using some random shapes and lines. I saw a cool Mad-Max / Sci-Fi mask in there I wanted to play with. The doodle is that same sketch pulled into Photoshop and painting over it for a bit. Its starting to take form a bit. Maybe ill keep going with it but it does look kind of scary- Def not a "Good Guy" mask! Have a good Sunday.

Angry Octopus

I'm back in game-art mode. The development on a game I have been working on has been moving along pretty quickly the past few weeks so I am trying to do art to keep up with the programmer. This was just a fun side-doodle of one of the characters in the game. I want to paint him and develop it more so it may pop up on ADailyDoodle again when that happens. Have a great Saturday!

More digital painting practice. I once drew a whole sheet of profile robots to practice drawing profiles. I have since found that sheet and plan on re-using it to practice digital painting. I expect this will be the first of about 6 or so robot profile pictures to come in the next few weeks. I hope you like it- any critique is welcome as I am so new to all of this! MY Little brother drew this robot- I thought it was pretty sweet and wanted to color it. I kinda stole it for Today's doodle- I included his original sketch that he sent me on his phone. I am trying to get better at coloring and learned a lot with this- still a lot to learn though! Ill get there. Have a great Monday!

I am starting to really like Alchemy- this is after about 30 minutes of sketching in alchemy- I then brought it into photoshop and started to smooth it a little but had to speed things up so I did some quick colors and called him done- I was not loving his head or hands anyways... Itto (Lone Wolf 2100 Fanart)

So here is this months Super-doodle- a little late because of my vacation. I am sure not many of you have ever heard of Lone Wolf 2100 like you have not heard of "Wizards" in the last post. Lone Wolf 2100 is a comic book series ( Yes, I know I am a nerd. I am ok with this ) that I really liked by artist Francisco Ruiz Velasco ( one of my favorite artists ever ) - I decided to include two versions- one that I fancied up in Photoshop, and the original drawing I did in Flash. I liked them both and could not really decide which i liked better- which do you like better? Anyway- Have a great Friday!
